What Sets Us
Apart?

Our organization is proudly owned and led by a highly qualified, licensed speech-language pathologist who began her career as an SLP in schools and later served as a special education coordinator before opening her agency over a decade ago. Located in California, we are relationship-based and take pride in conducting regular on-site visits, which foster strong partnerships with every school and district we collaborate with. This hands-on approach allows us to gain invaluable insights into the unique student demographics and environments of each school.

FAQ
Ask Us Anything
What are your prices?
The first step is to schedule a brief meeting with a staff member. Once we have an understanding of your caseloads, needs, and preferences, we will provide you with a precise quote that breaks down the full cost of services and other relevant details.
Do you have a Master Contract in place with our SELPA?
We are a certified NonPublic Agency with the California Department of Education. We currently contract with several SELPAs throughout the state of California. If you are interested in working with us and we are not yet contracted with your SELPA, you can initiate that process. We will gladly work with your team to assist with it. Additionally, we have the option to contract directly with your district.
Can we initiate a contract at any time during the year?
Yes, we understand needs can sometimes change quickly, so we offer both long and short-term contracts. We encourage our district partners to contract in advance of the school year by providing incentive rates. This allows all parties the advantage of preplanning for a seamless initiation of services.
Do you provide testing and therapy materials, or are the districts responsible for providing these materials?
We provide the assessments, protocols, and therapy materials. Our assessment library includes the following standardized measures: The Clinical Assessment of Language Fundamentals-5th Edition (CELF-5), The Clinical Assessment of Language Fundamentals Metalinguistics, Comprehensive Assessment of Spoken Language-2nd Edition (CASL-2), The DELV Screening Test, The Goldman Fristoe Test of Articulation-3rd Edition (GFTA-3), GFTA-3 Spanish, Expressive Vocabulary Test-3rd Edition (EVT-3), Preschool Language Scales-5th Edition (PLS-5), PLS-5 Screening Test, Oral and Written Language Scales-Second Edition (OWLS-2)
Do you have anything in place to ensure compliance with special education laws and timelines?
We have a compliance coordinator for every district we work with, who will serve as the liaison between the district administration and our staff. Our coordinator will monitor our providers to ensure high-quality services and compliance with all applicable laws and district-specific expectations.
Do you only provide virtual services?
No, we work to address your individual needs and offer both virtual and in-person services, or often a combination of both, where available.
